Hello and welcome!

I am here to help you regenerate your health via the food you eat. I believe that food can be a powerful form of medicine, but that every body needs different foods to thrive. I help clients identify which foods are benefitting their health, and which foods are potentially harming their health. I utilize a completely bio-individual approach in my practice- all people are different, therefore all their nutrition should be different. There is no "one size fits all" diet! I want to help you achieve "health" as defined by YOU. My goal is for my clients to find joy with food, so that they can enjoy life! WHAT IS NUTRITIONAL THERAPY?

 

Let’s start with what Nutritional Therapy is not:

-It is not a weight loss program. 

-It is not a short detox protocol. 

-It is not a drastic reduction of calories.

-It is not a one size fits all diet.

 

Let’s break it down and start with the “nutritional” part. Food can be the cheapest, most powerful form of medicine. What we eat has a dramatic impact on our health. While food has been neglected in the medical community for many decades, there has be a recent push by doctors and other healthcare workers to use food to help heal the body. I am specifically trained to help individuals find out what foods are healing for their bodies, and what foods may be potentially harmful to their bodies. I take a completely bio-individual approach, no two bodies are the same and therefore each one needs specific nutrients to support it!

Now for the “therapy”. Everyone knows what healthy food is. Everyone knows what they need to do to “be healthy” (reduce sugar, reduce alcohol, increase veggies, drink more water etc.) but we don’t do it. Even if we do it for a little while, we fall off and go right back to our old habits. Nutritional Therapy addresses the WHY as much as the HOW. We will dive deep into your personal motivation, and make small, sustainable steps that will give you lasting results.
