3 MONTH PACKAGE
This package is ideal for someone who is already confident in their health choices, but just needs a little tweaking to really get rid of symptoms and feel their best. If you have already made progress with a diagnosis, but are not quite where you want to be, this package is for you!
WHATS INCLUDED
Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire. (Over 300 questions spanning your diet, lifestyle, symptoms) This assessment tool allows me to get a look at your overall health and what body systems are the most stressed. From there we will make an individualized plan to support your bodies specific needs
Assessment of Food & Mood Journal. This gives me at least 4 full days of everything you eat and drink as well as how you feel, movement, and stress level throughout the day.
Initial Consultation: We will meet to go over all of your paperwork. I will give you a thorough assessment based on what I find, and will give small easy recommendations to start immediately.
Recommendations Visit: we will meet again briefly to go over all recommendations and discuss which ones you feel are doable, and which ones might be too much at first.
Reassessment at 6 weeks to see how you are progressing and make any changes we need to at that time.
One hour follow-up visits every 2 weeks. This is to tweak as we go so that we are always supporting your body and your goals.
Pantry Clean Out! We will go through your pantry and refrigerator in stages to ensure that you are equipped to make all the progress you want to! We will examine oils and fats, read ingredients labels, and learn healthy alternatives to your favorite things!
6 MONTH PACKAGE
This package is ideal for people who are looking to make major and permanent changes to their health. Whether you just received a new diagnosis, or are looking to improve your health via food for the first time, this package will set you up for life long success!

Grocery Store Trip! We will go to the grocery store together I will teach you what to include and what to avoid. We will go over good, better, best options for your favorite foods, and hopefully introduce you to some new favorites!
